The Hidden Cost of Online-Only Approvals

Digital proofs are accurate in terms of design layout, but they tell you nothing about how a product actually feels. A bag photographed in studio lighting can look premium online and feel flimsy in person. A logo that looks crisp in a PDF can appear blurred when embroidered at small scale on fabric.

The result, for many schools, is a delivery of 200 bags that are not quite right — unexpected weight, wrong finish, a colour that reads differently in daylight. Re-ordering is expensive and time-consuming. Accepting sub-standard merchandise sends the wrong message entirely.

Before any order is placed with Aura Pack, you receive a physical customised sample. Not a generic product — your product, made to your specifications, bearing your school’s crest or logo, in the material and colour you have selected.

This sample arrives at your school, or you are welcome to experience it in person at our London showroom. You hold it, examine it, share it with colleagues, and give us your feedback. Only when you are fully satisfied does production begin.
